DS Huber Real Estate Group purchased Lansing Condo Services in December 2021 and in 2023 split the services between two companies: Property management is provided by DS Huber Real Estate Group, and maintenance services are provided by Complete Maintenance Solutions, LLC, along with other vetted contractors and service providers.
DS Huber Real Estate Group provides homeowners and boards with electronic document access and dues payment options via portals available 24/7/365.
DS Huber Real Estate Group provides after hours and weekend emergency response via our sister company, Complete Maintenance Solutions, LLC.
